Sutthida is an Associate and graduated from Thammasat University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association. Her areas of legal practice include corporate, commercial and arbitration law. She is assisting Thai and international clients in their daily needs for legal advice, including establishing, structuring, restructuring, merging and dissolving companies, Representative Offices and other types of legal entities available in Thailand. In addition she provides legal advice on complex international contracts and handles relevant legal issues and contracts concerning tax and social security law, employment, immigration and any legal issues which arise during the course of the operation of our clients’ legal entities.
