Chonlita is an Associate and has an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen and an LL.B. from Thammasat University. She advises clients across a wide variety of sectors with a particular focus on corporate, commercial and arbitration legal issues. Her practice also includes company and Regional Office formation and restructuring, foreign investment (applying for foreign business licenses and certificates for international clients to operate a business in Thailand) and applications for investment promotion certificates granted by Thailand’s Board of Investment as well as applications for international clients’ visas and work permits.
